Our staff of technicians stay on top of the latest information affecting your unit, giving us the ability to perform Service Bulletin recommendations before any possible component failure can occur.
Preventive Maintenance inspections allow us to identify and develop a customized plan to fit your specific needs to help prevent potential future failures.

Load-Bank Testing
An emergency power outage is not the time to discover that your generator is unable to perform! Are you confident that your generator will work when you need it? Let load-bank testing by GenPower set your mind at ease.
Load-bank testing will test your generator to the fullest extent of it's capabilities, without disrupting your critical load. In Medical applications, our load-bank testing is designed to help you meet NFPA 110 guidelines for Yearly testing. We can also help you set up a plan to meet Monthly NFPA requirements. In addition to meeting State requirements, load-bank testing helps to seat piston rings, can eliminate wet stacking and removes harmful carbon deposits.
Parts and Supplies
Our service technicians are supported by a central parts warehouse with an extensive parts inventory to fulfill the needs of our customers. Our parts department is available to assist customers who wish to purchase parts for KOHLER, Onan, Generac, and other popular brands.
We are able to ship most parts on a same-day basis, and almost all other customer part requirements within 24 hours. Our replacement inventory also includes major system components such as battery chargers, block heaters, automatic transfer switches, as well as replacement generator sets.
